elevator. On the second floor of the Palazzo, with elevator. Eight
floor-to-ceiling windows on the piazza. Three bedrooms each with queen
size beds that can be divided into two twin size beds. Elegant and
spacious living room with working fireplace and TV with CNN. Separate,
large dining room with dining table for ten/twelve. All rooms have
original XVI century wood beam ceilings. Three bathrooms (one with
tub and shower, one with shower, and one with French tub). Complete,
modern, built-in kitchen with dining area, dishwasher and two refrigerators.
Washing machine in separate laundry room. Independent heating. |

in the Piazza Santa Croce, the Palazzo Antellesi (also called the
Palazzo dell' Antella and Palazzo degli Sporti) is a landmark Renaissance
Palace and is listed in most guide books, such as The City of Florence
by R. W. B. Lewis. Piazza Santa Croce is at the center of one of Florence's
oldest neighborhoods, dating back to the early Middle Ages. Many Renaissance
artists lived and had their studios in the narrow streets leading
to the Piazza. |

after the first month.
* RESERVATIONS will be confirmed upon receipt of 50% of rent. In
case of cancellation, this payment, less 20%, will be refunded only
if a replacement is found for the full period of the booking.
* RENT: Balance of rent is due upon arrival, in travelers' checks,
along with a deposit of $600 ($300 for one week rentals) against
utilities, telephone and final cleaning/laundry. The deposit, less
the above charges, will be returned upon departure.
LISTED PRICES DO NOT INCLUDE HEATING. For apartments Giotto, Tosca
and Belvedere, there is a fixed charge of $40 per week during the
heating period.
