Spacious, comfortable, and very light two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment,
each room with queen-size beds. Master bedroom with view of the piazza
and the hills. The bed in the second bedroom may be divided to form
two twin-size beds. All rooms have original wood beam ceilings. Two
bathrooms: one with tub and shower and one with shower. Living/dining
room with view of the piazza and of the hills. A counter separates
the dining room from the kitchen. Dishwasher, washer/dryer, and TV
with CNN. Independent heating. Can be joined with Casa Toscana (#7)
to form a large four-bedroom apartment. |

a traffic-free area, and/or of the private renaissance rose garden,
of other inner courts, and of the surrounding hills.
Conveniently located in the heart of the historical center of Florence,
in the Piazza Santa Croce, the Palazzo Antellesi (also called the
Palazzo dell' Antella and Palazzo degli Sporti) is a landmark Renaissance
Palace and is listed in most guide books, such as The City of Florence
by R. W. B. Lewis. Piazza Santa Croce is at the center of one of Florence's
oldest neighborhoods, dating back to the early Middle Ages. Many Renaissance
artists lived and had their studios in the narrow streets leading
to the Piazza. |

* LONG TERM RENTALS : A 10% discount applies for long-term rentals
after the first month.
* RESERVATIONS will be confirmed upon receipt of 50% of rent. In
case of cancellation, this payment, less 20%, will be refunded only
if a replacement is found for the full period of the booking.
* RENT: Balance of rent is due upon arrival, in travelers' checks,
along with a deposit of $600 ($300 for one week rentals) against
utilities, telephone and final cleaning/laundry. The deposit, less
the above charges, will be returned upon departure.
LISTED PRICES DO NOT INCLUDE HEATING. For apartments Giotto, Tosca
and Belvedere, there is a fixed charge of $40 per week during the
heating period.
