Stayed
there in march. It was wonderfull. Most certainly a 4 star hotel.
Tell you customers that they probably will not need a rental car
as this hotel is in the heart of Florence. Service and rooms were
excellent. There is a traffic restaurant just arount the corner
tucked back just oppisite the Domo call Dante's Stone that is
equally wonderful. I hope to go back to this hotel on my next
Italy visit.

I
have spent many happy holidays in this hotel. The location is
second to none, the service is excellent, and the view from the
roof terrace is better than any postcard. It is fully 4-star standard
- but the real bonus is the fact that it is in the pedestrianised
zone, and there is
no traffic noise. This is a boon in Florence, which is a busy
working city, as well as a Renaissance gem --
